Why wait? If you REALLY want to fly.. you wont be using X86. MHZ is just
one of the factors involved and not really THE Key factor. 

This is the part I dont get.. sure I have an athelon 1GHZ running at 7.5x
the system bus speed (133), and your drive is running on a 66mhz PCI bus,
what does the processor do for the 14 cycles while its waiting for its
next piece of data from the drive?
