TCImet works great. It's now 100MB. problem is that they increased their rate
to 89.95 a month for a single static IP. They as well do not give you a
dynamic IP anymore for a cheaper rate unless you have a static. Well here is
what the email said:

Dear MET Customer,

Since you are a valued AT&T Cable Services Customer, we want
to make sure you are aware of a price increase and restructuring of our
MET offerings which will become effective May 1, 2000.

We have recently made a significant capital investment to improve
both the speed and reliability of our network. These improvements
include:

We have installed dedicated fiber optic cables to each "node"
in the network. This step results in increased reliability by
reducing the number of customers affected should a node
    problem occur.
We have upgraded our fiber optic link to the Internet from 10Mb to
100M, which will reduce "bottlenecks" and increase the speed
    of communication to the Internet.
We have installed a new router/switch to improve the efficiency
    and speed of the network.
We have replaced all of our servers with state-of-the-art high-speed
    processors.

MET rates have always been well below the market compared to other
providers of similar data services. At this time, we must adjust our
rates and service offerings to be reflective of our costs and marketplace
conditions. We are restructuring our offerings to primarily a-la-carte
pricing and eliminating dynamic IP service except to customers with
static IP's. The rate adjustments are as follows:

4 dynamic IP's $49.95 (old rate) not available (new rate)
1 static IP $59.95 (old rate) $89.95 (new rate)
1 static/3 dynamic $69.95 (old rate) A-la-carte rates
2 static/2 dynamic $99.95 (old rate) $149.95 (new rate)
3 static/1 dynamic $149.95 (old rate) A-la-carte rates
4 static IP's $199.95 (old rate) A-la-carte rates
Add'l static IP $25 (old rate) $50.00
Maximum of 16 IP's per account

We recognize that these rates represent a significant
increase over our current pricing. As an effort to accomodate our
existing customers who would prefer to minimize their increase, we are
offering a ONE TIME conversion option for a transfer rate limited
service. The pricing and details of this ONE TIME option are as follows:

ONE TIME CONVERSION OPTION--LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 768 KBPS IN BOTH
DIRECTIONS. AVAILABLE ONLY TO EXISTING MET CUSTOMERS AS A ONE TIME
CONVERSION OPTION. NOT AVAILABLE TO NEW CUSTOMERS.

$59.95 for 4 dynamic IP's
$69.95 for 1 static IP
$89.95 for 1 static/3 dynamic IP's
$109.95 for 2 static and 2 dynamic IP's
Maximum of 4 IP's per account

We have reviewed competitive pricing for data services and MET service
continues to represent an excellent value. These rates are well below
competitive pricing for similar services and appropriately reflect that
we provide support only during normal business hours.

Customers who wish to take advantage of the one-time conversion option
must contact our office prior to May 1, 2000. This option will not be
available after May 1, nor will this option by availabe to new
customers. Customers who do not contact our office by phone or email
will be charged at the new rates ($89.95/mth minimum).

The phone number is (351-8080, ask for Linda or Diane) and email
addresses are maxwell@tcimet.net and dreed@tcimet.net. You will also
receive this letter at your home via regular mail.
Sincerely,

John D. Rawcliffe
