Samba question (with unlikely solution)

I found a program that I used to use called fakecd. My original
recollection was that I used it on win95... though this page seems to
imply that it is only a DOS / Win3.1 tool. Mind you its been 3 years
or so since I've used it so your results may vary. Its worth a try:
