Free internet access

Anyone know anything about any of the free internet access services?  
Specifically they should not block telnet (somehow I get the impression
that some of the services say "Internet access" but mean "WWW access"...).

I was checking out Juno, which seems to look OK, but it doesn't say
anything about whether or not you can use telnet.  Trulyfreenet.com
actually seems to support Linux and FreeBSD, which I suspect means they
probably have telnet support.  Freeinternet.com looks like it might work
too.

Any thoughts?
