[OT] *NIX vs. Windows (Not a flame war)

Greetings:

(Hoping not to incite a riot) I'm wondering if anyone has a good reference
to a comparison/contrast sort of document concerning programming in *NIX
versus Windows.  My employer has asked me to put together a pro-con sort of
presentation on keeping our *NIX development around.  The deal's on the
table to replace everything with NT, and I'd really like to have some strong
references explaining why *NIX is a better platform to continue with.
