I know almost nothing about rpm. But, by analogy with dpkg, try:
rpm -i ghostscript-5.10-17mdk.i586.rpm ghostscript-fonts-5.10-6mdk.noarch.rpm
and see what you get.

At least on Debian, gs doesn't include dvipdf, it's in a separate
and mostly unrelated package named dvipdfm.
