byte compile in emacs

hmmm interesting. Well I did put the load path in right for the user.

Of course I didn't put the load path in for root hence the problem. But I
don't want root to use Emacs in that fashion ahnyow. But ecause only root got
permissions for the directory I guess I am forced to add that load path.
