Imap/POP daemon question

Hi All...

I'm relatively new to linux and like to ask some question about imap/pop
daemon.
I'm on Mandrake linux v 6.0 and installed uw-imapd-4.5.3.
I tried to send and recieve email from linux box using pine and it's working
perfectly. However, if i tried to collect my mail from different machine
using mail program such as Outlook Express or Eudora, the mailbox came out
empty. I can send email using Outlook or Eudora, but I can't get the e-mail
from the server. I've tried to telnet port 110 and 143 on the linux box and
it's conected and working. Error log doesn't say anything about case like
this and i've spent the last couple of days reading various Help, FAQ and
Man pages.
