Good Luck!  I've been having 'intermintent' (aka: constant) issues with my
connection.  Likewise, no matter when I call I get the "expected hold time
20minutes."  Bet they tell you " the doohicky fell off the dangwoodler.  So,
put nylons on your arms, rub them rapidly together, repeat the mantra -- I
love ATTBI 40 times and them wave them over your modem.  Vuella, you're
