That's better than I did.  I was out for a few hours on Sunday.  When I
called, no matter which support tree option I chose, I was either
disconnected or transferred to a busy signal.  Good luck.  Something
tells me you'll need it. :-\

Well, Monday night my cable modem went out again... just some
blinkin' lights now, no sync.  Tried to call tech support last
night, but when I got through the phone tree far enough to be put
in the queue, the wait was over 20 minutes, which is too long for
me to sit on hold.  I can't wait to see what they're going to tell
me when I *do* finally get ahold of tech support...
