macos 9 question

thanks for the tip about peek-a-boo, I'm filing it away for reference.

re OS X, the user already bought it :) Just hasn't put it on yet.  If
there was some sneaky process running I'm sure I could find it much
easier if he had X (as well as an ssh client to use) once I found a
command line ;)
