sh (original bourne shell)

I wanted to compile it on a box.  This particular system came with an
older sh that didn't support the 'cd -' option.  I'm installing a piece
of software that is run mostly by scripts, and it uses sh.  I think I'll
just link it to bash.  Thanks everyone!
