Yes.  I never got DHCP working with it for some reason.  I just plugged 
in the IP they gave me as a static IP.  It hasn't changed in over 8 
months soo.. <knock on wood>.

I am sure that some variant of DHCP works with it, but I haven't 
bothered looking into it yet.
