Open source or free search engines

Hmm... interesting, hadn't heard about that one before.  From what
I can see on the website, it doesn't appear to be anything particularly
noteworthy in terms of features.  But at this point, perhaps if it
has at least a sane config file, it might be worth looking at,
because everything else I've seen so far looks like it's going to
be a royal PITA to get running...
