OT: Ebay question

Can you use a credit card or paypal? The banks will do the conversion on
the fly for you.  Germans can open a paypal account(although I don't
understand what the ** means) I would ask and offer to pay the paypal fees
in the included price but make sure he puts you down as a referrer so you
get the 10 bucks *lol*
