Should be very doable with the stock NeXTStep npd (which, if I remember
correctly, is in /usr/lib/NextPrinter. Also, I'm not a huge
NeXT/OpenStep guy, but something makes me think you might need
Developers' Edition to get npd? Dunno why...) The trick is probably
going to be finding a printcap entry for your printer if it's not
already in there. I think the N2000 is a Motorola product, but I have
no idea what other models it might correspond to. Good luck!

PS - This goes without saying, but don't give this box a publicly
accessible IP address. There are known root-level vulnerabilities
associated with early versions of npd.
