Promise ultra ATA 133 controller

I suppose the drive is backwards compatible to 33/66/100. I doubt the
difference between 133 and 66 is that significant unless you are really riding
on performance. I am staying away frpom recompiling suse kernels myself since
they started to patch so many things into it. You are bound to break your
setup if you recompile on your own.
