95% of the time, you won't notice a difference between an ata66 and an ata133 connection - the disk itself is still the limiting factor. A new fast disk will be fast even on the ata66 adapter... Of course, there are other reasons besides performance to get an extra adapter - many people want more than 4 ata devices... -Tom
