[GLLUG] Two node failover

Greetings!
 
I'm looking for a simple IP failover solution.  I'm starting to review both
"KeepAlived" and "Linux-HA," but I was wondering if anyone has had any
positives or negatives with either of these or if they know of something
even better.  All I need is a simple failover, but a monitor on certain TCP
ports would be a plus.
