I'm in the process of installing Gentoo on another computer. I'm following
the Gentoo Linux 1.4 Installation Instructions
(http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-x86-install.xml).
I followed the steps for a GRP and Stage3 install. I'm trying to chroot to
the new install (I'm running off of the gentoo liveCd). When I enter the
command 'chroot /mnt/gentoo /bin/bash' I get a message saying "illegal
instruction". I have done the installation steps several times,
re-partitioning the hard drive several times.
Thanks,
