I was wondering if anyone knew of a cap on the upstream on the MSU Residence halls. I used the testing tools at http://www.dslreports.com , and i got about 6000kbps downstream, but only about 30 up. Is there a reason for this? Is it something deliberate on the part of the msu network or is it just network traffic? -David
