Sure, I can do that.  I never did because each mirror had its own name
(cpan.cse, kernel.cse, ....)

mirror.cse.msu.edu  -> indian.cse.msu.edu

The speed is nice.  Very convenient having CPAN here and Debian in EGR. 
I tried to compliment the various MSU and UofM mirrors.  I "try" to post
latest ISOs for anything interesting to help the load around here.

As always, any comments/suggestions are welcome.
