Subject: Perl's Damian Conway in Ann Arbor
Hello - I started the Detroit Perl Mongers a few years back and we have
been out of commission for a year or so - we are trying to get things
back up and running again to have monthly meetings and then I just
received the news that a living legend in the Perl world, Damian Conway,
is coming to Ann Arbor on June 10th to speak.
I though I would notify you guys since some of the Linux user's (I am
one myself and must start attending your mtg's) are interested in Perl
(I hope).
Currently the date is set for June 10th in the evening but no specific
time or place - those details are currently being worked out. We do
know it will be in Ann Arbor.
Please pass the word on to you memebers and I will provide more
information as it is available - Thanks...
