What is the contents of your /etc/apt/sources.list ?

Possible causes and solutions:

- You have mixed releases in sources.list (stable/testing/unstable)

- You need to execute apt-get update as you may have executed mid mirror 
update or while it was possibly broken.

I'm running testing for everything and koffice installs fine.
