[GLLUG] telnet

when I try /usr/sbin/in.telnetd -debug 1333& the same thing happens when I 
try to connect. It says all network ports in use, connection closed.  nmap 
shows that the telnet port is open.
I cant use netstat, because it isn't installed on this machine.
