Does anybody out there have experience with / know:

What kind of throughput/bandwidth can a Pentium 2.6 ghz with 512 k machine 
running IPCOP or Monowall handle?

Is there a comparable open source solution for an in-line Network Appliance 
that does antivirus filtering for smtp, http, ftp and other common 
protocols.
