[GLLUG] How can a Wiki be used?

I use a wiki at home to take notes on virtually everything. On it, I
have notes for software, hardware, and programming languages. There are
maintenance records for my cars, notes taken for classes, scheduling, an 
address book, random ideas, you name it. I've come to think of it as my 
second brain because my first one evidently came from the factory with a 
damaged chip or two. Fairly often I'll write pages on some topic never 
to open it again. Or, in the equally likely case, they just become 
obsolete or irrelevant. But, better to document something and not need 
it than the reverse.

Right now I'm using a wiki called PikiPiki written that I've hacked
slightly to add/modify a few minor behaviors.
