[GLLUG] CUPS header?

Does anyone know if there is an option (I can't find one) in the cups config file so that the username associated with a job prints as a header or footer of the page (like the number of a fax machine at the top of the fax?)

We are having a problem with people printing things and never getting them.  Wasting reams of paper every week.  I see there is an option for a banner page but then that would be another piece of paper . . .
