Charles,
  No, I'm not volunteering.  I'm not sure I'll be able to make it to the meeting this week.
  On the other hand, I do have a suggestion.
  If you don't have a presenter, you do have a pretty good pool of knowledge.
  Set up someone (you, perhaps) as a moderator for an open discussion guided by an agenda of things to be covered.
  Not as formal as an organized presentation, but you still get the basic information shared among those who do show up.
