I have many ideas on this topic :) See

ervers.ppt

I'd run through it for GLLUG some time if there was interest, but it has
nothing to do with investigating Linux (instead, windows)

Subject: [GLLUG] meeting idea?

The recent discussion about the putty titlebar gave me an idea. How
about a "So you've been hacked - how to deal with it" meeting? Topics
like how to detect you have a problem and what to do about the problem.

I know this can be a tricky subject. When I started my new job here the
first thing I had to do was reload the mailserver. It had been hacked
(they left traces in the .bash_history) and I didn't know what else to
do but reload.

I know this is a fear for people who are thinking about migrating to
linux.

Just a thought
