[GLLUG] Linux+ presentation's (and LPI)

In my opinion the big difference between the RedHat tests and Linux+ is
the hardware section.  Linux+ requires the knowledge of IRQ and other
hardware issues, while in RedHat approach as long as the hardware is
supported by the vendor they take care of the hardware issues.  The
RedHat tests are performance based so a little closer to real live
activity.
