Hi Caleb, 


If you are just looking for a few RPMs,
www.rpmfind.net can identify the
most up-to-date RPMs for your particular
flavor and version of linux. 


And, for more extensive upgrades of your
RPM set: 


For a long time, I've been happy with yum,
although it appeared like it was going to be
replaced in popularity by aptget...but
I'm not sure what the future holds since
I've been compiling more and more from source.
