[GLLUG] MySQL phpMyAdmin login problems

Make sure that the login you are trying to use has more privileges than just
logging in locally.  That is usually the case of -u root

I'm using the usernames and passwords that I use to logon to mysql on the
command line but they won't authenticate. any Idea's why?

I've tried looking at the phpmyadmin site but it's docs section isn't
working properly. I'm looking at mysql page... but... to see if I can find
anything that helps... nothing so far. I know this has to be something
stupid that I'm overlooking.
