how about print preview, alt-prtscr (on windows) and paste into a word doc with 0" margins?

You =used= to be able to get around it. It was a several step process, but
it was possible. This was 5+ years ago so they may have fixed the work
around by now. I don't know. We forgot the passwd to a couple..
