Never ever believe that something can be blocked, if there is an open-
source equivelant for it.
I have seen a 'non-printable' PDF printed out. I didn't much care so I
didn't take good notes.
If you can't find a way to defeat this, use an open source viewer which
works with the document. If that program obeys the do-not-print flag,
it would be very easy to get rid of that.
