Chick,

I've torn apart around a dozen or so laptops.  With few exceptions, the 
hard disk is one of the easiest thing to replace (immediately following 
the batteries and any swappable bays).  I've been making pretty much all 
of the meetings, but there is a good chance I won't be able to make it 
this week.  Let us all know around Tuesday-Wednesday if you are going to 
be at the meeting so have a chance to bring a few tools.
