[GLLUG] HDD Errors?

Our mailserver gets these on and off and I'm not sure what to think.  I have googled for a bit and there seems to be nothing conclusive.  Just theories.

Anyone here run into this?

What worries me is the error=0x40 {UncorrectableError}
