I think Blackboard can accomplish this task, but that is completely
overkill.  Also, I wouldn't personally recommend running that product
even if it were open source.  I only mention this because there are open
source products that share many of the features that might help you
locate similar stuff.  Also, try searching for Angel and other clones.
