Evidently egr.msu.edu is using rfc-ignorant.org as a blacklist. 
rfc-ignorant.org believes that mutualdata.com does not accept null 
sender. I did a quick check and it looks as if it does in fact accept 
null sender. You can email admin at rfc-ignorant.org to request a followup 
test and removal from their list.
