What about a PDA?  If you don't have one of those, I plan to have mine 
up for sale soon since I'm moving to a Neo.  It runs Linux or MS 2003 
and I'll sell it for somewhere around $50 around late October/November. 
  I'd show it to you, but you'd actually have to make it to the meeting 
first, which is kind of the problem.

You could always get a watch with an alarm on it too.  You have 
something with a digital clock on it anyhow, right?  Make that device 
give you the reminder or replace it with something that will.

If you consistently miss appointments and don't take some kind of 
corrective action, you really intend to keep missing those appointments. 
   Don't try to fool yourself, there really isn't any valid excuse once 
you reach that point, just whining.
