[GLLUG] Burnbox software updated

I have updated the burnbox so that it will run on Gutsy using the stock
wxWidgets libraries shipped.  I also made deployment slightly easier by
embedding the background images on the main screen and the wizard
directly into the program.

A little probing today also revealed that there are some cross-platform
classes for manging external processes.  I may incorporate that to do a
couple of things.

1. Add progress meters for the burn process like k3b.  They're using the
same backend that we are, so we should be able to pull off some of the
same tricks.

2. Make this program available for windows.  It makes Linux look that
much better when our kiosk software can be run even on a Windows machine.
