[GLLUG] problem/ticket tracking systems

Anyone using a trouble ticket tracking system that they can recommend?   I 
have looked at Mantis, and RT and both are a bit cumbersome for my needs. 
(RT is a nightmare of Perl modules to install (at least on Centos))  Trac 
and Bugzilla are too oriented towards software development for my needs.

Oh,  the software needs to be OSS and Linux friendly.
