Yes.

I don't think we discussed it, but this feature has been available since
before the new gllug.org went live.  I think that any member can create
polls.  If not (please let me know too), there are at least many members
that regularly attend meetings that can do this.  As an example, you
should be able to dig back and find the polls that were done for food
choices when we first switched from pizza.

For the machine configuration, that would be mostly myself (with hosting
and the infrastructure stuff done by Ideal Solutions).  For the content
and most of the Drupal-specific configuration, there are several people
that handle the majority of it (myself NOT included).
