Don't be silly; there's no thin air involved, just regular atmosphere.

I'm going to send out my request for volunteers soon, as well as 
requests of other LUGs, but I wanted to include some links to the 
Penguicon program schedule.  However, I haven't been able to visit the 
site (http://www.penguicon.org) for a couple of days now.  Does anyone 
else have problems connecting to it?  It just times out for me.  Oh, 
never mind, it came up now.
