[GLLUG] xorg on ATI 9250 w/s-video

Newer versions of xorg break tv out on the proprietary driver for this card and the free driver doesn't support TV out (as of maybe 6 months ago).

When I upgraded my Myth box to get the new, in-kernel ivtv stuff, I tried everything to get my Radeon 9600 to do TV out again. I ended up getting a cheap NVidia card, but if I had it to do over again I would hunt down one of those boxes that converts standard video out to something my TV can use.
