[GLLUG] Web site access error & related diagnostics

Hi Frank,

The MS diagnostic tool only uses connections to Microsoft to diagnose, I
would think that the problem is a DNS server problem or a network
problem, it would be great to have a traceroute or a nslookup result.
Anyway that is the most common problem I've seen in my client networks.
