[GLLUG] Drupal Theme Development

My company has been using Drupal for some time, and in the next year we may
be ready to do a visual reboot of our website. I'm adept enough to
administer our site, but I have no experience at theming. Does anyone know
of a company that does custom Drupal themes? If you've used them, how would
you rate their work?
