In my previous announcement I forgot to mention that we're starting at 9am. I realize that for some of you that is ridiculously early. Frankly I'd start it earlier, because a lot of time is spent waiting for stuff to bool, or steep, or cool down. I'm hopeful that I'll be pitching yeast by 7pm.
