[GLLUG] Thoughts on OSticket

Hi all. I'm looking for a free ticket support systems, and wandering if anyone has had experience with OSticket. Or any other ticket systems that also can be used by mobile devices (windows mobile / android / iphone / blackberry / palm) because this isn't my area, I'm hoping to get some good advice.
