[GLLUG] Thoughts on OSticket

We recently evaluated a number of ticket systems and picked GLPI. Quite
advanced, even when compared to products costing $10,000+. Especially
like how it ties in with OCSNG. Not sure about the mobile piece, and if
it doesn't have this support out of the box, there might be a plug-in
available: http://glpi-project.org/spip.php?rubrique28 Another option is
to develop a custom interface-shouldn't be too difficult since GLPI is
built with PHP on MySQL.
